Q: How do you maintain a consistent workout routine?

Rupa: I can really relate to this question. Even though I've been a fitness instructor for 15 years, I myself have not been consistent at working out until about 3 years ago!

The thing that needed to switch in my head is that I associated working out to being in a better mood and becoming just a nicer person. And as a result of that, I've just stuck to my routine.

Just the way I would associate brushing my teeth, taking a shower, putting on fresh clothes as self-maintenance, I think of working out in the same way.
