Upper Body – This 20-minute program features innovative exercises, supersets and muscular endurance work. Learn how to engage your core while strengthening your entire upper body. Follow Rupa’s count and instruction on how to conduct the exercises in proper form.
Core – This 20-minute program takes you on a core journey using a ball. You’ll be stronger, leaner and more knowledgeable about your abdominals and back. Afterwards, stretch it all out with Rupa’s guidance.
Lower Body – This 15-minute workout is high rep and high intensity! Enjoy strengthening and toning your core, quads, hamstrings and butt! Don’t worry, Rupa counts so you can focus on the work!
